I’ve been quite obsessed with Indian clothing recently, but who can blame me? It’s beautiful. In all honesty, I’m not the biggest fan of the Indian clothing exhibitions that happens in Bangkok from time to time. A while back an outfit caught my eye, it was a young designer from Delhi and this was the piece.
If you’ve been following my blog, you probably know that when it comes to Indian clothing I try to steer away from the Anarkali. What I love about this jacket style dress is the embroidery and pleat details. Furthermore, I decided to play around with the headpiece which definitely gave it a more bohemian vibe.
I am one of those people who believes that just wearing a headpiece doesn’t make everything bohemian. However, in this case, mixing the contrast of the garment and the headpiece make it a little more experimental and I must say, I’m very happy with the result. I also wore Heroine from MAC on my lips, which brings a pop of colour to the whole monotonous look.
